Blackheads, or open comedones, are small accumulations of sebum, dead skin cells, and bacteria that form within the pores of the skin. When these pores become clogged, the sebum inside oxidizes upon contact with the air, turning dark, which is why they are called "blackheads."
How to Treat Them? With the Miamo Blackhead Protocol in Limited Edition

The Blackhead Protocol includes:
- NEW - MIAMO COMEDONE EXTRACTOR: A stainless steel tool for the mechanical removal of blackheads. It features two loops at opposite ends: a triangular one and a round one, to effectively treat blackheads and adapt to different areas.
- CLEANSING PURIFYING MASQUE: A purifying, adsorbent, and soothing mask based on Zinc Oxide, Sulfur, and Salicylic Acid. Its adsorbent and micro-exfoliating properties intensely purify the skin, leaving it radiant, soothed, and healthy. Packaging: 60 ml / 2 fl oz.
- SALICYLIC ACID EXFOLIATOR 2% Special Size: An exfoliating acid for face and body. It removes impurities and excess sebum, tightens pores, and improves their size and appearance. It also aids in skin renewal. Packaging: 10 ml / 0.33 fl oz.
How to Apply the Blackhead Protocol Limited Edition:
Before using this protocol, it is recommended to moisten the areas of the skin to be treated with the comedone extractor.
Night
STEP 1: Miamo Comedone Extractor
Disinfect the Miamo Comedone Extractor with a cotton pad soaked in alcoholic solution. It is recommended to use it on damp and cleansed skin, after a hot shower and/or steam bath. Then, use the tool to remove blackheads as per Dr. Camilla D'Antonio's instructions. Before use, consult the warnings on the side of the packaging.
STEP 2: Salicylic Acid Exfoliator 2%
Apply in the evening after cleansing with a soaked gauze pad and rub it on the affected area. Leave on for 2 minutes and then rinse with cold water.
STEP 3: Cleansing-Purifying Masque
Apply to cleansed skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 15-20 minutes and allow it to dry. Remove with a damp cloth and rinse to eliminate any residue.
