RESULTS

*Before and after photos taken after 10 days using VISIA-CR. Test conducted by an independent laboratory on 20 volunteers aged 40–65 years: 10 subjects exposed daily to epigenetic alterations (smoking, photoaging, exposure to chemicals, etc.) and 10 subjects without specific inclusion criteria related to these factors. Treatment with Epigenage® Shot was applied twice a day (0.5 ml in the morning and 0.5 ml in the evening) for a period of 10 days.

INSTRUMENTAL TEST* AND IN VITRO TEST**

*Instrumental test conducted by an independent laboratory on 20 volunteers aged 40–65 years: 10 subjects exposed daily to epigenetic alterations (smoking, photoaging, exposure to chemicals, etc.) and 10 subjects without specific inclusion criteria related to these factors. Treatment with Epigenage® Shot was applied twice a day (0.5 ml in the morning and 0.5 ml in the evening) for a period of 10 days. 1Average value of wrinkle volume reduction measured with Visia-CRP-5 Primos. 2Average value of reduction in skin sagging areas measured with Bio3D-MS scanner.

**In vitro clinical test performed by an independent laboratory using reconstructed human epidermis (EPI-200 EpiDerm) in 24-well plates versus control. Acclimation for 24 hours, topical application of the product (15 mg/well) and incubation for 4 hours. DNA extraction performed using QIAamp DNA Micro Kit and DNA methylation levels analyzed using Global DNA Methylation Assay Kit. Statistical data analysis performed with t-test, significance declared at p < 0.05. Mean value.
